Customers will receive a confirmation email with an expected delivery date following order placement. Most items will ship within 14 days of order confirmation. Shipping is via insured UPS & is a flat fee of $10 anywhere in the US on any item under $500. On orders over $500 shipping is free (within the US). We gladly ship internationally but rates are specific to geography & will be confirmed after order is placed. Jewelry may be returned within 7 days of receipt for shop credit only. Repairs are at our expense if there is any problem due to manufacture. Otherwise, a small studio fee will apply for repairs due to customer fault. Thank You!
